Organization for cultural collaboration INTERKULTURA was founded at the end of 1997 and was officially registered in 1998.
Currently, the organization is active at the local and national level, but at the same time we are represented and act at the international level. The main goal of the organization is the promotion of youth work, through non-formal education, as well as the promotion of the culture of all ethnic communities living in Macedonia through:
o Active participation of young people in the decision-making process at the local and national level
o Intercultural dialogue on national and international level
o Interreligious dialogue
o Saving energy and reducing the effects of climate change
o Tolerance and non-violent conflict resolution
o Reducing unemployment and social integration of young people
With more than 30 years of working experience in development and promoting youth participation and intercultural education. Highly developed skills and knowledge in project cycle management, planning, project proposal writing, capacity building, advocacy, youth participation. Participating and delivering a lot of seminars, training's, educational courses, managing staff and volunteers.

Ajsulu is a highly skilled professional with a strong academic background and extensive experience in NGO, education, business, and mass media sectors. She has a passion for promoting social justice and human rights, particularly among young people. Ajsulu played a crucial role in promoting legal reform, children's rights protection, and the promotion of civic initiatives as one of the founders of Youth
Human Right Group, a youth NGO from Kyrgyzstan. As a Business and Economics teacher at Yahya Kemal College, Ajsulu successfully applied non-formal education methods to high school curricula. Her attention to detail,
strong organizational skills, and ability to work effectively in a team environment make her an invaluable asset to any project.
In the world of NGOs and non-formal education, Ivana has been active for more than 15 years. As a skilled youth worker with extensive experience working in
non-governmental organizations and project management, Ivana has extensive projects management experience. The team can rely on her to perform a wide range of tasks due to her
positive attitude, creativity, and open-mindedness. Her experience encompasses non-formal education, project preparation and implementation, media literacy, as well as engagement of stakeholders, including partners and local government. As a fighter for youth rights, citizen participation, and equality, she promotes the interests of youth and human rights. Her biggest challenge is working on projects
involving different cultures and traditions from around the world.
