Echange IT

The main idea of this project is to identify the existing potentials of the organizations to carry out a youth exchange in post-conflict regions and regions where a „frozen“ conflict is still evident, in order to increase their capacities through the planned activities.

The general goal of the project is to encourage proactive participation of the youth organizations in order to contribute to building trust and to work on reconciliation as well as improving the citizens’ life.

Sub-goals

- To identify the existing potential of the organizations for implementing activities with exchanges.
- To improve the capacities for realization of exchanges, representation, lobbying and independent work.
- To strengthen the role of youth organizations as important partners in the reconciliation process
- To create sustainable mechanisms for creating networks / coalitions of youth organizations and youth workers who are able to engage in the inter-ethnic dialogue through exchange programs.
